"The store is always clean and up until now they've always opened another checkout lane when needed. The veggie selection is fresher than some of the local chains. I would have scored it higher but they've removed most of the checkouts and replaced them with self-service lanes. Somehow they've wrapped it up as "customer convenience". I just don't see how it's a convenience to me."
