"Head pharmacist service is terrible!!they don't care about your needs or if you medicine is not ready they had me waiting for almost a week for my son's medicine I called them so many times then they said it was ready I went to pick it up and they said it was out of stock,to call my Dr and asked for other medicine. .they are so rude!"

"I purchased an apple charger along with a few other items and the cashier forgot to put it in my bag, I called and she told me that her co worker did forget to put it in my bag, I told her if I got there around 11:05 can you guys hand it to me through the door because you guys forgot to put it in my bag and is inconvenient making me go back as they close at 11. She then puts me on hold then says never mind it’s not here. So it was there but after I said I’ll be there 5 minutes later it’s not ? Then the white bobble head manager with glasses says if it’s a big deal to me he’ll give me one, I raced there and got there at 10:59. Yea hi it’s me give me my charger. Why would y’all lie?? Very unprofessional."

"The staff does a good job. Good people. That try. When the lines long they call for help if help is around and not working on something. If stock is low try another day Walgreens corp only allows a certain amount of payroll to be used so staff tries to push as much freight as they can with the time allowed. I live close and shop there when ever u need something it’s a decent store all these 1 star reviews are petty people who expect to much."
