Costco Pharmacy

"Had appointment for Moderna Covid vaccine. Arrived here just for them to tell me they don’t have any even though it’s what my appointment was for. Why even take appointments then? And why would you not call me to tell me instead of wasting my time? I then go to a Walgreens, where they tell me Costco submitted a claim with my insurance for Covid vax even though I didn’t even get it. Why would you try to bill my insurance for something that was unavailable? Took almost an hour to speak to Costco pharmacy and the pharmacist is giving me attitude on the phone for their own mistakes and poor communication. Took me almost 3 hrs to get a Covid vax between driving and waiting for them to fix this, thanks Costco!"

"For some reason it seems like they don’t know how to manage their time. Was given an estimate time of 15 mins for my prescription, Which is normal so I didn’t mind waiting and walking around for a bit. 15 mins later I come back and they tell me another 10 mins. Alright maybe they got backed up on stuff. But more than 30 mins go by from when I was told 10 more mins and still nothing this is early in the morning to hopping to beat the “traffic”… so it’s been an hour already that I was told I’d have my pills and nothing. Absurd. More than an 1hr 30mins. Sheeesh"

"I have been a loyal customer of Costco Pharmacy for at least 8 years! You can not beat their prices. Customer service is excellent. The lead pharmacist, Gary is, so helpful with questions or concerns. They accept most insurances!"
