"Our recent encounter with Good Vets was unfortunately marred by a series of setbacks. Despite attempting to schedule an appointment through their app, which was experiencing technical difficulties, we resorted to calling and securing an appointment for today. Despite receiving two confirmation emails, upon arrival with our beloved pet, we were informed that there was no record of our appointment. Despite the manager's efforts to rectify the situation by consulting with the doctor, our dog was unable to undergo his semi-annual check-up. While we appreciate the apology and the opportunity to reschedule, it was disheartening to invest time only to be turned away due to systemic issues with their scheduling system. Considering the substantial investment of $110 per month in their health plan, one naturally expects a commensurate level of service. Regrettably, this experience has left us contemplating the possibility of seeking veterinary care elsewhere in the future. Disappointment doesn't begin to capture our sentiment."

"I feel so safe with GoodVets Uptown. The staff are always welcoming and willing to explain processes to me when I ask. My cat is an ESA, so I get anxious about her health and want her to be in good hands always. I was nervous about leaving her this past week for a spay (I dropped her off in the morning and picked her up after work), but Dr. Yohanna helped a lot by talking me through what her day would look like. Then when I was running late after work, the staff had clearly been spending time with her since her surgery ended to provide supervision and company. The vets at GV Uptown have my trust entirely and take the time and energy to validate that confidence. They truly are just an overall amazing staff and I cannot stress that point enough! I admire the unending empathy and passion that every staff member brings to the table."
