"Why does it seem I always leave empty-handed? The store is clean and organized, but it is supposed to be an arts and craft store, and they had zero inventory for any quilling supplies. I asked a clerk who paged the manager who said, "I don't think so, but go look in isle 29". I found knitting needles and yarn. As a manager, shouldn't you know what is in your store instead of sending customers on wild goose hunts? (Hobby Lobby didn't have anything either. Is there any confusion about why Amazon is winning?)"

"Always find what I need when crafting. Very helpful staff. A little bummed out that it's mostly self check now. Most of my inspiration comes for talking with the cashiers and whenever I forget something one of them reminds me you know you're going to need blah-blah to help finish your project. Overall I love this place."
