"Worthless. In my view, they are supplement salespeople posing as health professionals. (The 'doctor' I saw, who was very nice but useless, said as much himself.) Save your money. Not knowledgeable and not remotely helpful for complex health conditions."

"It’s my hope that the services to their patients and community are stellar, but I will not utilize the services or recommend due to the unprofessionalism and difficulty of navigating their inconsistent administrative operation. The earliest available appointment was almost two months out and after booking, it was changed to another practitioner and then later changed to an online. When it was changed to an online appointment, I was called and asked why I cancelled the appointment. I explained that I had not cancelled, it had been changed by the office without prior notice to me. The day before the appointment I received a phone call during my work day to fill out paperwork prior to the appointment, it was emailed to me over >24 hours prior. I completed the paperwork the next morning ~4.5 hours prior to my appointment and it took 30+ minutes. I was called 3.5 hours prior to my appointment and notified that it had been cancelled because the paperwork hadn’t been received the day before and the doctor preps all his appointments in the morning. I explained that I had only received it the day prior and was told that I had been expected to fill it out then (during the work day with only a few hours notice) despite being told previously I had until my appointment."
