"The team at Child and Adolescent Health have provided wonderful care for my newborn son. Dr. Mikhail is kind, patient, understanding, and knowledgeable/experienced. My initial interaction was shortly after my son's birth in the hospital. I was amazed by the amount of time she took to review everything with us. I am reassured by her clinical knowledge and appreciate her great bedside manner. She was also very responsive during a late evening after hours page. Dr. Mikhail validated our concerns, and agreed that a peds ER visit was warranted. I've also seen Dr. Lipkin and Jessica Topel and had similar, positive experiences with them. In fact, everyone from the front desk staff to the clinicians in the practice have all been wonderful. My mom is a retired pediatrician who has been very involved in my son's care. She understands what is needed and involved in excellent pediatric care and has been happy with the practice as well."

"My children are 10 and 6 and we have been going to CAHA since my oldest was a newborn. Dr. Mikhail is AMAZING. She is so kind and patient, and treats children and families like they are her own. She meets kids where they are in all stages of development, in terms of her bedside manner, and she has a way to positively engage children that I haven't seen with other pediatricians (I am also a healthcare provider). I have also had great experiences with the other NPs and docs in the practice when we have to come in for urgent care things. It is so convenient that they offer walk-ins every day. They are also very fast and efficient in getting you in and out when you have a sick kiddo. The front desk and phone staff are also very kind and make the visits easy. One last thing, the triage nurse line is great - they are always able to answer straightforward questions on the phone and can save you from coming in for an appointment when it's not necessary. Overall, very well run practice and super lovely team of humans to take care of kids and families."
