"This morning around 9am I went into this gas station to buy cigarettes and the woman who helped me asked for my ID. I showed her the one from my country, Mexico, and she didn't want to sell me ones because she wanted an Indiana ID or passport. I'm on vacation and for reasons security I don't carry my passport with me I'm almost 60 years old the only thing that makes me think is that this woman is a racist person"
"Kind of a sketchy part of town and looking a bit worn due to time and traffic, but still one of my favorite beverage stops. Sip & Save is the best! All of the women who have worked here the past couple years have been really friendly and helpful, and I love the newer tall guy and the guy with the anime headbands. The older guy with the sock cap (who's sometimes here and sometimes at the Circle K on campus) is super awkward and always just stares at me while running my transaction. I understand not being a fan of small talk, but would it kill him to respond when someone says "hello" or "thank you?""
