Sherry, however has worked hand in hand with my psychiatric therapist, and they together have determined which course of treatment works best with my unique condition and which plan of action will work best for me. No other doctor has ever even considered that for me. And for that, I am forever grateful for Indiana Neurology."

"Just don’t. I didn’t even get in to get my EMG and I can still tell you to just walk away. I needed this test and my doc had sent a referral to a reputable doc in his group but I couldn’t get in for over two months. I called every office that offers this test and finally it was this office that could get me in the quickest. I messaged my doc to send them the referral. I received confirmation it was sent. I arrive at my appointment, I’m the only person there. I’m told they don’t have me down and never received my referral. I show them the confirmation. She says she’ll contact my doc and give me a call later that afternoon. Never happened. It’s like getting a tattoo. If you can get in quickly, and the place is empty, it’s probably not a place you want to have your business. I’ve made more calls to check on cancellations, and thank goodness I found one, but each office said something to the likes of “it’s really bad” when I explained my situation about this office. So there you go. Worth the wait to find staff and doctors that will treat you better."

"I’d give him 0 stars if I could. Dr. Lee is a joke of a neurologist. He ordered a bunch of unnecessary testing and is STILL trying to order testing even after I finally got a diagnosis and have no more symptoms. He tried to gas light me into thinking I told him I have nerve damage even though I don’t, and he is still actively trying to get me to do an EMG. He’s also incredibly unempathetic and unprofessional. He told me to “try harder” when I explained to him that I didn’t have any sort of transportation to my EEG appointments. On top of that, I had to jump through hoops to get my MRI results back. I made like 3 separate appointments SPECIFICALLY to discuss my results and he kept telling me he didn't have them. So, I called the imaging facility and asked them and they clarified that he did in fact have them. Finally, after like a week of calling them daily and asking about my results, he called me back and told me everything came back normal. The phone call lasted like 15 seconds at most."

"Adding another review because I unfortunately was forced to come back, after unsuccessfully being able to find a provider who accepts my insurance. The staff were very rude and communication was nothing short of TERRIBLE. It took nearly a month for my EMG tests results to come back, when it shouldn’t take more than a few days. In the process of unnecessary waiting, I could not go to work and was evicted and forced to live in my van. I explained the situation but there was clearly no rush on their end. I called at least 3x a week (after a week of waiting) and leaving COUNTLESS voicemails (which none of them were returned!), then it wasn’t until I decided to stop by and talk to a supervisor or a person in charge, and I finally got my test results. They had their lobby door open so you could hear the employees talking (loudly, might I add) in the back, and one of the ladies said something along the lines of “oh yeah, she’s the girl that calls nonstop asking for her test results. Her results have been in for a week or so”. I asked them why it took so long for me to get them and I never received a straight answer. When I had my follow up with dr lee he wanted to run more tests, and I came for one test only. This happened the first time I came, as well. I imagine this is to wrack up money, as I’ve heard many others have this same complaint."

"Absolutely HORRENDOUS!!!!! This place is a JOKE!! If I could give this place 0 stars I would. The communication is terrible and the receptionists are extremely rude, the doctor wants to run an ungodly amount of tests on me, despite my insurance NOT covering even half of them, they refuse to clear me to go back to work even though nothing is wrong with me neurologically (and tests have proved this!!), and it’s been nothing but a waste of time!!! They have also scheduled and canceled MULTIPLE appointments without my knowledge!! Doctor Lee was nothing but rude to me and has interrupted my talking a handful of times and has interjected with sarcastic comments at my follow up appointment. Sadly this is the only place I could go that would accept my insurance, but you bet I will never be back!! Once I am able to go back to work I am done with this place."
