"My last dealings with Allstate was less than satisfactory. We had sold our boat so no longer needed insurance for it. I heard nothing for a month or two after notifying them of the sale so I sent a message through the Allstate website to our agent.. I heard nothing back for over two weeks. I called the office to enquirer about any kind of refund and was told that because of the type of insurance we had there was no refund. I’m supposing that was my fault for not reading the small print but maybe someone should have let me know either way. Not pleased."
