"Too long of a wait, waited 15 minutes because they were on the phone or having personal conversations. 15 minutes too long before I got noticed."

"I had used this insurance company in Lafayette, IN for 11years! No claim and no’s issues UNTIL you try and cancel. I called to cancel, because I am going to sell my car and only need liability. Found $30 cheaper with State Farm. When I called to cancel, the guy belittled me and I honestly thought I was in some sort of twig blight zone, because of how utterly rude he was. He claims he canceled my policy. I esigned all the document while I was on the line with him. I canceled 2 days after I had paid, so I should have received a prorated refund of around $60. He stated that would go into my account within 10-14 business days. I waited about a month and NOTHING. I called back and talked to a lady this time. She was great! She informed me that he had never canceled, so I was now paying for 2 insurance policies for my car. I emailed her the documents from my so-called cancellation from said other person. She actually cancelled my insurance this time. I have not seen a refund STILL. I called after another few weeks went by and had to deal with the lovely gentleman I spoke to originally. He was just as rude as the 1st call! I was in shock of how unprofessional he is, especially if any of these calls are recorded! He “claims” that he would take care of it and get back with me. STILL NOTHING! I do not trust that he was going to look at it all all and frankly he just doesn’t care! I would NEVER recommend ASSURANCE to anyone as I did for 11years! I feel like it’s fraud and will be reaching out to other sources. $60 doesn’t seem like a lot, but it is what they claimed they were going to do or I would have waited until my month was exhausted before switching. I called beforehand to make sure I would get a refund BEFORE I switched!"

"So , yes I called Bill today to get a quote with Acceptance Insurance and was given the best customer service ever. Even though, I found a different quote that was more affordable, bill still had everything rights on for me. Thankyou Bill for everything"

"Wow all I had to do was read the reviews and that's why I leave one star rating. I don't personally care if I leave a sign on my vehicle saying the keys are in the Ignition an Insurance Company will cover my car if it is stolen and damaged or just stolen. This insurance company sounds horrible what a joke! I hope nobody is carrying it if they accidentally hit me, Actually I don't care I'll have good insurance to cover it.
