"I have gone to them for year. I said my concern when they cleaned my teeth every six months. I thought I would go to a different dentist just because. I have to get a filling and one of my teeth is cracked. The dentist showed me and said this did not just happened. They have asked for my xrays and have not received them. Advantage always said everything was good and no worries. I also had a tooth pulled and they cut my bone and now I have to have a bone graft. I am very upset and no one seems to care what is going on. Even though I have went there for years! And never once was told anything was wrong."

"My son went to have his teeth pulled due to genetic gum issues. It’s hard enough to even go to a dentist these days but to be treated badly is not ok. The dentist James Weaver was very disrespectful. Prior to the appt the tech didn’t give him proper instructions when taking the impressions and when he complained about almost swallowing it, she tried to make it out as if he was hitting on her. Even though his wife was right there with him. The doctor stated that he doesn’t have any patience because he jumped during the extraction. You don’t have to like your customers but never should they be treated disrespectfully. Everyone handles pain differently and anyone that has had an extraction knows that sometimes you can feel the pressure. Heck I’ve even jumped before and never would my dentist talk to me like that. This is a very unprofessional business and this will be reported. People have families and I for one will not allow mine to be treated in this manner."

"We are from GA, so when we moved up here we needed to find a new dentist. The first one I tried, I started hurting worse than when I went in. My wife found Advantage Dental as she has had teeth issues for years and was hoping to find someone who would actually help her instead of just masking the problem as the others have done. Dr. Maddox actually pulled her teeth and gave her dentures. I haven't seen her so happy and smiling in years. They changed her confidence level tremendously. Our son and I also started going here after the great work and care with my wife. Everyone from Nikki in the front, to the dental hygienists and def Dr. Maddox have taking great care of my whole family. I'd def recommend them to anyone looking for a great and caring dentist."
