"My daughter came in for x-rays and a visit, when to doctor came into the room to talk to my husband and daughter (7Y) about work that needed to be done. Dr. Sammom's scared her telling them she would have to be put to sleep as my daughter started to freak out and my husband explain it to our daughter he proceeded to tell them "NO she is going to be put to sleep!" Her dog was put to sleep a month prior to her visit so she was scared. When my husband told Dr. Sammons to hold on so he could explain it to our daughter because she was scared the doctor told my husband he wouldn't be talked to that way and asked my husband and daughter to leave. DO NOT take your children here! Dr. Sammons lacks compassion and understanding!"

"Horrible experience. The receptionist was very rude and condescending to my wife over a few simple questions regarding coverage. We mentioned we just moved here and she was appalled that my kids were offered state health benefits and she then proceeded to mention that she bets that we work overnight like those other low life's! We work a full 40 hours a week and go to school full-time so her ignorant assumptions are wrong. Not some place I'd ever tell someone to go to. Complete lack of compassion for someone serving in the medical industry. We aren't even on any food assistance programs."
