"I would have made this a negative 10. I go into urgent care with my sick child that I've been up with all night because he has a temperature and has been puking everywhere... They see my son and when they say we can leave they tell me they called the cops on me because they think I'm under the .. I was beside myself that they would have law enforcement come up there. So I walked outside with. And willing take all the sobriety test that law enforcement asked me to. They told the cops that I smelt like drugs and I acted funny like I was coming down on something. After law enforcement checked me out they told me I'm free to go drive my three year old in my truck. That They didn't find anything or any reason to think I was under the influence. I called this place back to complain for embarrassing me and my child. They gave me a billing department number. After a half hour with them billing told me to call them back and ask for Tara. So I did. I was informed that Tara was going to have to call me back That's been 2 hours ago. They all so told me the reason they thought I was on something is because I couldn't remember the year my child was born. I have been up all night with 30 minutes sleep and I have medical issues my self with my memory because of a head on collision with a semi doing 70 ... I have never been so embarrassed in my whole life. And than add the stress of having a sick child and no sleep. This place is simply horrible. Don't ever ever ever go here"

"Love the attention to care but this time was a little different. It was the first time I’ve made an appointment inside of walk in.. and all the walk ins up until I showed up for my appointment time were still taken first so I still every up waiting for 2 hours to be seen. What’s the point of having an appointment if walk ins came first. I really went to get antibiotics and a Covid test…. And they were out of Covid tests?!? I needed that test to know if I could return to work. So I ended up having to go by one after my appointment and pay the extra so that was very upsetting. But the care and attention I received from the doctor was crucial. She’s always so attentive no matter how busy they are. So that’s why there was such a high review. The rest of the experience would have been 1/5."

"My college-aged son had a very bad sinus infection/head cold that came on rapidly. We made an online appointment in the morning and he was seen early afternoon, as scheduled. The medical care he received was thorough, technical, personalized and superb. The diagnosis was immediate and he was given a prescription to accelerate his recovery. The front desk receptionist was also very pleasant and organized. Start to finish, a very good experience. We will return the next time we have an urgent medical need. Thank you."

"For an urgent care, you never think you’re gonna get great medical care. Well, that’s not true at this location. Normally at urgent cares, you get maybe 10 minutes of service. At this location, I received caring and very educational medical care. Some of the best I have received even from my primary care. I was not a number but a human being and I mattered. It was wonderful and I look forward to trying the recommendations received."
