"Had to move my family member out 6 months early because neighbor was threatening. The neighbor flashed a gun making his intentions clear. The Arch is even making my family member continue to pay rent even when a life is in danger. Find somewhere else to live. The night before I moved out, another apartment was robbed. The Arch is not concerned about renter safety. Gates to enter the property were always open, so they could let any criminal run free."
"The maintenance team utilized critical thinking and efficiency to fix the socket outage within bathroom. They did a superb job and always available to solve any problem. I really appreciate all the hard work that everyone does to maintain all the needs of residents. If only we lived in a perfect world would the noise level during the night could be eliminated. Overall, considering most residents are young and active, the staff maintains and manages accordingly."
"This is the WORST college living experience I've had yet. From safety issues such as hearing gunshots and having multitudes of police cars outside in the middle of the night, to broken stairs and security gates not operating correctly, as well as issues with roommates that the office has done nothing about, this is not a safe complex to reside at. FWPD will respond quicker than the officer stationed at the Arch, and are called on-site regularly, due to fights, incidents, and safety concerns. Communication with the office is hard to come by, you can expect about a week to go by before they'll answer an email, and the phone will rarely go through to a member in the office during their open hours. I moved out suddenly in the span of two days due to my assigned roommate barricading me out of my apartment and generally making me feel unsafe and uncomfortable and violating our lease agreements. There have been multiple occurrences that are clear lease violations, and the office has yet to do anything about it aside from informing me about how I can go through with a lease transfer, despite me not doing anything wrong. A third person was residing in our two person apartment, along with substances being present, and various noise complaints. Although the Arch has many specific regulations stated in the contract you sign prior to moving in, they will likely not hold anyone accountable for things that are going on behind closed doors, and do not care about communicating with tenants or their well-being and comfortability of their home. You are also completely unable to break a lease, instead they make you find someone on your own to take it over and you continue to pay rent and utilities until you do so, whether you're living there or not. Overall, I will not be returning and would not encourage anyone to sign a lease here."
"I am recently facing problem with my neighbour. Am alone in the house and they intentionally beat my door sometimes in the midnight or morning. I put my complain to the leasing office but they did not take any action against him. Moreover, they consider some quiet hours but am getting disturb everyday because of my left side neighbor and neighbor on the top of me they are wandering all night I told them about this too but they ignored my request. I do not recommend this place to anyone."
"I’ve never had trouble with receiving my packages at the front desk before today. I had the worst customer service that I’ve ever experienced by the manager (Faith) of this apartment complex. She was very rude and passive aggressive and was not willing to help find a solution for my issue. She wouldn’t allow me to have my package that my boyfriend sent to me during Christmas break simply because his name is on the package and not mine even though it had all of my personal information on it and I had a confirmation email. She was super dismissive and was very unprofessional when trying to deal with this issue. As a manager, I expect you to follow policies like you’re supposed to but I also expect you to know how to show basic respect to your residents and learn how to be helpful instead of dismissive. It felt like she was finding every way possible to not allow me to have my package instead of finding ways around it to help me with my issue. I’ve only had this issue with Faith and no one else, everyone else has been super nice and helpful every time I come to the front desk. I even had my boyfriend try to call the front desk to find a solution since he lives in Columbus, OH and recently had hip surgery a week ago which means he can’t drive up here for a while to be able to retrieve the package for me. When he called, she was super nice at first and was willing to allow him to have me get the package. She then asked who would be retrieving the package and he said my name and after that she completely changed her demeanor towards him and proceeded to say that he can’t have the package because his name is not in the system for being a resident here even though she was going to allow me to get the package before he said my name. It didn’t make sense to me why she was giving us two different narratives that didn’t add up. He then told her how he occasionally comes up here to stay with me for a couple days and that he doesn’t live in the area and just recently got surgery so it would be difficult for him to show her his ID in person. She completely disregarded what he said and started talking about writing up a violation against me for having guests in my apartment because she thought he was living with me without them knowing but he told her before he just visits me every month for a weekend and once he told her that again she was like never mind. Not only was she being rude towards him and I but she also hung up on him out of no where. I felt as if Faith was weaponizing her power against me and was withholding the package for no other reason than her own. So note to future residents, make sure to tell your people to put your name on a package if you’re ever trying to get a package from Faith."
