"We love the place. We always get treated well when we are there. The staff are some of the nicest we've ever met. We arrived early even though checkin is 3pm they always get us in our room no matter what!"

"My poor daughter, whose 13th birthday we had reserved the room to celebrate in, was devastated to wake up with a bedbug crawling on her. We were completely dismissed by on-site staff (they just got new mattresses), and then by the manager Brian Brandon when I called back to discuss, and practically accused of fraud. This doesn't even address the condition of the room, which carried a stench and was filthy upon arrival; the condition of the common areas, which were visibly in disrepair at every head turn; or the 20 minutes of a full swimming pool with no lights because they haven't fixed the timer for DST."

"Came here with my kids around midnight, from that time until the morning. Every single employee was super friendly, very great customer service here. Great breakfast, clean hotel, and we enjoy the pool. I am really happy we chose this hotel for our random stay, you guys are doing a great job. Thank you very much."

"The beds were awful. It was closer to sleeping on a box spring with a flat, old, mattress pad. We were there two nights and the first night we barely slept at all. The second night we took all the bedding from the second bed and arranged it so that 90% of it was used as padding to sleep on and then used a sheet and blanket for the top. Seriously. Ridiculously uncomfortable. Had to turn the AC down to 60 to cool the room. Is this the way it's going to be from now on? Makes me very sad because I enjoyed Hampton Inn before now. I hope other locations are more comfortable."

"The room is sort of clean, I'll give them that but it's not a place I would choose to stay again. The elevator and halls need A LOT of love, there were stains but also just general spills not cleaned up. Most I think could be taken care of with basic scrubbing. Entire place is very outdated, and outdated means it smells. Not terrible, but it was noticeable. You get whiffs of cigarettes, old perfume, etc walking around and a general musky smell. Room itself; the desk was sticky, the mirrors were barely wiped, there was a used washcloth in my shower when I arrived, the TV did not work, curtains had a lot of tiny holes, air conditioner didn't seem to want to cool properly, and I left some trash from food in my garbage only to find an army of ants in the morning. The room is slightly cleaner than the halls and I didn't find bedbugs, which is the only real bonus here. I don't think it'll improve. I was never asked to review or how my stay was which is a sign to me that someone somewhere isn't interested in making changes to the hotel. Which is okay for anyone on a super tight budget."
