"Whether it's business or personal this place definitely is a 10/10 home away from home! The staff is so friendly and professional, and always on their toes! They're always actively upgrading the place, plus your dog can come with you, instead of a separate doggy hotel!"

"We need somewhere to rest before a funeral and wanted to stay under $100, and this place had decent enough reviews. It was in a good location because there's not really hotels where we had to go. The outside looked promising and the front desk area seemed clean, but once we got in it started to smell kind of weird. The elevator smelled bad and was really creaky, and the entire third floor and room smelled this way. The floors were a bit dirty. The kitchenette was cool, albeit a bit dated but if you're needing to use it, it seems decent. The blinds were tangled and I had to work to get them to cover the window. There was weird dirt(?) and dust on the AC so we did not use it. The beds, unfortunately, were very hard. Most importantly and why I have to leave a bad review was that the bedsheets were COVERED in hair. One of the sheets had an odd stain on them. The pillows were flat and flimsy and seemed kind of dirty. The only reason I did not go to the front desk was that we were so tired from a 10 hour drive that my brother-in-law passed out almost immediately and I didn't want to wake him up. The bathroom was decent, but there was only one bar of hand soap. There was a hair stuck in one of the towels. Overall, I think maybe they forgot to clean this room before giving it to us but we were grieving and didn't want to add to the stress of dealing with the front desk and moving all our stuff. Overall, it's definitely not as bad maybe a $50 hotel or motel but it is definitely not somewhere that I would prefer. I wish I took more photos so I apologize for not having that for a more complete review."

"Front desk was super helpful and friendly. My wife and I stayed here for a week while my mother was very ill in dupont hospital. My children came up for a weekend also and we all we satisfied with service and rooms. Laundry area was clean, vending machines in lobby, very safe, management on site, all doors used keys to enter, and weekly price was good. Has kitchenette and storage for food. Bathroom was fine and room was clean when we all checked in."

"From the moment I walked into Woodspring Suites I was greeted warmly and respectfully by Willow. The front desk staff is absolutely amazing. The rooms are great. You get a full fridge, microwave and a stove top. Being along I-69 & 469 it's a little noisy but it's not there fault. We had a situation arise with our rental house and decided to come here. Best decision I've made in a long time. Other guests are friendly as well. If you need an extended stay hotel this is it."

"My daughter and I have been here almost a month, and I want to start off by saying it has been the best experience by far, the staff here is amazing especially Natalie the manager, she definitely will go out of her way to make sure you are taken care of, the whole staff works with you. The rooms are amazing and for the price you are paying it, doesn't get any better. It literally feels like an efficiency apartment and the other tenants are equally as nice. The service is equally amazing, the staff here again makes sure you have everything you need and if you don't they will make sure you have it. The location is nice as well, there's several fast food locations, a Kroger, Walmart etc. To sum this all up I don't see my family and I going anywhere anytime soon."
