"Good morning Foster park is a great place to live I've been here 10 yes and been thru a lot of property mgrs. I find Daphne Crayton to be the best Mgr of them all.!! She is very supportive of her residents helps in any way that she can for all of us here at Foster park . She is friendly and is very on top of things when she is notified of things wrong with the property and residents . I believe that she is a keeper here at Foster. You will not find another property Mgr like her.me myself I love her for who she is and what she does."

"Time for an update. I will soon be starting my 5th year here and I have certainly seen a LOT of positive changes here. Building maintenance is very good. They are very responsive to any problems I have. Building management is amazing! Daphanne does a wonderful job of balancing firmness with fairness. There is always something being done to the building to improve it. But of course there’s always room for improvement. The laundry room is great to have but the machines are constantly breaking down. But this is an outside contractor and not Foster Park. And hopefully next spring they can do some work on the back patio area. I guess the best thing I can say about Foster Park is that I really do enjoy living here and it really is my home! I would recommend it to someone looking for a nice place to live."
