"They will try to charge you for anything and everything! Last 2 months we werent even there and they slapped a 90 dollar water bill on us. Also trying to charge 42 dollars for house key and mailbox keys that were turned in. BEWARE!"
"My wife and I have lived here since late July of 2023. Overall, we really like it here. It's quiet and feels safe. The office ladies are very nice and helpful. Maintenance requests are responded to quickly. Usually within 24 hours or less. They keep the grounds very well kept, cleaned, and mowed. The 2 pools are very nice between Memorial Day and Labor Day. There are walkways around the entire apartment complex if you want to go for a stroll. The apartment also comes with a free membership to Planet Fitness which is nice."
"I lived here for 3 years and I have no complaints! Everyone who works here is so friendly. Maintenance is always on top of maintenance requests and if not leasing office sends out a notice that they are behind. They take really good care of the grounds. I definitely would recommend"
