"As someone who has many medical issues and has seen many Dr's/Specialists, this place is a joke. I took my mom to her first appointment here & everyone is fresh out of medical school. She has some very serious medical issues at 74yrs old and needs treatment. The nurse told us that you will never have the same Dr. twice as this facility is for graduates to set up residency. Graduates are sent here for hands-on training and released after 3yrs to begin their own practice. Dr. McKee was nice, but spoke to my mom like she was a toddler for about 45 minutes and then, she takes all the information to the resident Dr. Weinzappfel to get his opinion on what to do. My mom lost her husband (my father) of 50yrs in October of 2022. She also has a very bad foot with severe pain. Her previous Dr gave her prescription ibuprofen and it helps a little, but she needs something a little stronger, sometimes. She doesn't like to take pills at all, but needs something for her severe pain & would take it about 1-2X a week. The resident Dr suggested TYLENOL! Really? Are you serious? It was so laughable and I could barely stand it. She's on prescription ibuprofen and they want her to take TYLENOL??? Then, they pushed & pushed for her to see a psychiatrist, which I do think would help her, but she doesn't like being forced into anything. They still setup an appointment for psychiatric care/evaluation. I understand that young medical graduates need training, but to guinea pig my mom on their medical 101 training is ridiculous! Not to mention, we were warned that she will not have the same Dr the next time is very unsettling for her. We're looking for a Dr. with experience as her issues are a little bit more difficult to pinpoint. Please reconsider before you go!!!"
