"My son was a patient and while I understand everything they did billing wise is legal. It still felt shady. We were charged our copays after each visit like it was an office visit, so we never questioned what exactly was being billed. It was only later when we got a bill did we find out that they charged it as a procedure, thus the charges went towards our unmet deductible for the year. Had we know ahead of time it was not an office visit, we could have discussed if we could afford the bi weekly treatments out of pocket. I was told today that no other Doctors office discloses fees and that is incredibly UNTRUE. I have been to a West Side podiatrist for myself and the fees and associated costs of treatments were made very clear to me. I may be an ignorant person, but if I am being seen in your office and then my OFFICE Copay is collected at the end of the visit, then why in the world would I think it would be anything other than an office visit when it was never disclosed or discussed? I was told that there are contracts in place where the copay has to be collected each visit and that they have no idea what the Dr. will be doing with a patient. Well, I disagree with that as well. They know very well if the Dr. has you coming back for the same problem every couple of weeks, then it is an ongoing problem and will be billed differently. Disclosing to the patient that it is not actually an office visit should be made very clear and it is not done at this facility. BEWARE, WHAT THEY DO IS LEGAL, BUT NOT RIGHT BY THEIR PATIENTS!"

"Terrible Healthcare, unprofessional office staff, and poor follow through with recommendations. Doctor insisted on 120 dollar pair of shoes, only to change his mind after they were purchased. My family will never step foot in this office again."
