"8/7/23 8:11am Made an appointment in February for a bad tooth & was given an appointment in August... August, 6 months away! I received no information in the mail & no reminder calls. I missed the appointment & was told I would have to wait 30 days before I can reschedule. If the wait time is the same, it will be a year from my first call before I can be seen. A freaking year. What a joke & what terrible patient care/relations. They also said they tried to call (no they didn't) and they were unable to leave a message (no they weren't), but I had no missed calls & apparently only they can't leave a message because everyone else can. I'm really happy the health clinic doesn't treat their patients this way. 8/7/23 8:51am I was able to speak with the office manager who did reschedule my appointment & corrected my phone number that they had entered incorrectly into their system. She was exceptionally kind. 8/7/23 9:17am The office manager called with a cancelation & was able to schedule me for tomorrow. This was very unexpected. I'm feeling more optimistic!"

"The dental clinic is a joke. Do not get your teeth cut out or pulled here. GOD forbid you get dry socket because the paper they give you says call if pain last for 3 days, but the insensitive receptionists will tell you " well day 3 is the worst day, we cant prescribe you anything over the phone, we can only tell you to take 2x the dose of Tylenol, ibuprofen, or advil. You have to be seen to get any type of pain management, thats if they even help you DAYS later because the doctor isnt in until later in the freaking week. DO NOT put in your papers to call if pain last for 3 days or longer just to do NOTHING. Legit, GOOGLE is MORE helpful."

"dental won't help new patients no matter how severe the problem. If you've never been, don't bother calling/going there."
