"We love it here. They are so great with our daughter. I feel bad I can't remember the names the dentist & tech that saw my daughter the last 2 times, but both pairs were awesome with her. Thanks :) Also, even on Saturday, staff is very friendly! Update… It’s been a few years, but we stopped taking our daughter here.. the staff was still really nice but I decided I didn’t like that my daughter didn’t get to see same dentist each time… & with that.. not all dentists are on our insurance.. at least 2 times they weren’t & was more of a hassle than just going to a dentist that took our insurance.. & they didn’t warn us in advance. I feel if they know the dentist switch & may not be in our network.. they should tell you this upfront.. otherwise when you’ve gone for multiple years without issue, why would you think this was even a possibility?? Again.. we switched a few years back I just didn’t think to update the review until I just saw it again. Also.. their name has changed but I can’t remember what the new name is."

"My Daughter and I just love this place. She loves how nice everyone is! The play ground inside the office. The toy they give her when she is all done! I love it hear because they are very experienced and professional. They were very thorough in explaining to me the treatment that my daughter needed. I love how they made her feel very comfortable and like she was at home not stressing out to be at the dentist"

"I was very impressed with the dentist and dentist assistant that took care of my 12year old daughter. They took the time to fix her damaged teeth and made her smile beautiful again. They made her and I both feel comfortable and reassured my daughter many times how well she was doing. The assistant was humming songs from radio which made my girl feel more relaxed and comfortable because she also enjoys singing and music. It was perfect. And the ladies at front desk were also friendly and very polite and curtious time during our visits. Would highly recommend this location at Kool Smiles to my family and friends in the future."

"Dr. Clevidence was such a nice guy. He treated my son so well. They do a great job at this facility. They are all so very nice. They make it a good experience for my son when he has an appointment. His nurse Katie H. Was very sweet too"

"Did great with my 4 year old! Only suggestion would to be more personable. They were friendly, kind and gentle with her. Making sure to talk her through every step even allowing me to sit with her through the appointment. The wait time was great, and included a play area!"
