"West side clinic closed the building making it difficult for me to get inside. I was then pointed to the wrong waiting area until I eventually found the correct desk to show up to my appointment 30+ minutes late. I had to reschedule for the next morning to be referred to a dermatologist that has a 2+ month wait to remove my cyst on my head."

"I was referred to Grace Bryant to be my new provider by my original primary doctor who was no longer able to be my doctor. Grace was great. Easy to talk to. Listened. Cared. Made sure she wasn't just throwing medicine at me and had honest discussions with me on what was best for my health, which I appreciated. We had an appointment in which I had a Genesite test done to determine the best anxiety medication for me to take. I also had bloodwork done in concerns to me gaining weight rapidly. I exercise regularly and eat normal, nothing excessive and not poorly. This was discussed during that appointment as well. Right after that appointment, Grace went on maternity leave and her nursing staff treated me AWFUL. Several phone calls later (after ending up in tears) I am now searching for a new provider. No one ever reached out to me about my genesite results or to prescribe me a new medication. I had to call after sending a message with no response through the portal (I received email updates from genesite about my results, which is how I knew when my provider had them). They then (with no phone call or additional information) prescribed me my new medication. I had to call AGAIN to ask questions about my medication in which I was told to take in the DAY time and that it would NOT make me sleep (lie number one). When I finally was able to pick up the medication after it being on backorder, the first thing it mentioned was CAUSING DROWSINESS! If I wouldn't have read that I would be falling asleep at work or while driving! On top of this issue, I had requested my Genesite test results THREE separate times! It wasn't until the third phone call that they confirmed they were printing and sending them to me (so lie number two from the first two times I asked for it and was lied to about them sending them to me). The last issue was the medication Grace and I talked about me starting to help with my weight loss if all my bloodwork came back normal (which it did). That the office now refuses to start me on without an ADDITIONAL appointment. The same office who just sent me in a new anxiety medication after I reached out to them and they didn't give me any information without me calling and asking! This is due to a note Grace put in saying that I should exercise and diet for 6-12 weeks and then if that didn't help to start this new medication. As I mentioned before this is stuff I already regularly do... and normally I would have been able to reach out to Grace and discuss this but her nursing staff have made me feel like I am some phene just looking for medication (When I in fact am a person who HATES taking medication and me even coming to terms that it could help me was very hard). They do not treat me like a valued patient or act like my health matters at all. And it really sucks that Grace is losing a client due to her HORRIBLE nursing staff while she is away on maternity leave and shouldn't have to worry about this while bonding with her new baby! So while Grace was great, I would not recommend due to her poor quality in nursing staff. Edit to add: "the response from owner" only provides a switchboard number and not an actual number to speak with someone about any concerns."
