"I’ve been living here for a few years now and the maintenance guys here rock! They are professional, polite and helpful to me and they work hard to fix things when I need them to. It use to be a great place to live but lately it needs some improvement! Rent is alright but it keeps increasing there is some outside work that should be done;such as new wood patio boards ( as mine has rotted wood and exposed rusted nail- I worry about my grand baby if she’s playing out there) the lawn care could be improved( we have brownish mulch that gets washed away every time it rains because it’s not properly placed- should have a liner placed down but never does) gutters on some buildings including mine are in serious need of replacing- pointless to have nice patio furniture only to get ruined by excessive water overflow. Overall, crime rate is very low most people have 24 hour security cams( including myself) it’s mostly a quiet area no one really bothers anyone. It is close to Woodman park and is nice if you have pets to walk or kids that love to play outside. The park is always clean and well taken care of."

"It’s a good place to live ,front desk (Jessica) is so nice and my experiences with maintenance crew are always a 5 stars,they are very professionals and very polite but my issues are the toilets equippement are too old,i have to request services very often. Very good neighbors as well!"

"These apartments have recently gone through a management company change. Which is fine, but they did not tell anyone. To this day, I have yet to receive a notice that they have gone through a management change. That in it's self isn't the issue. The issue is that they are raising water, sewer, trash rates, without notifying anyone. Since I have yet to receive any notification or addendum to my lease (which I renewed my lease in February, this company took over in May.) I do not have a lease with this new company, so they can not raise rates. I am paying rent with water, sewer and trash as it is documented and signed by myself with the former owner, which is still valid. I have contacted the office, with no answer. They finally contact me because supposedly I did not pay the correct amount. When I press them about the changes, and that we as residents deserve communication, and technically by law they can not raise any rates on a lease until it is time for renewal, but I gave them a way out, I asked for an addendum to my lease breaking down what is being raised. They refuse, so I notified them I am following my previous lease that was drawn up and signed in February when I renewed my lease. They have given me a 10 day notice that if I do not pay, I will be evicted. I have submitted a consumer complaint with the Indiana Attorney, General, and will be in contact with them again for the 4th time about this matter. If they refuse again, I will also be contacting Rafael Sanchez with Channel 6 news. This is ridiculous and against the law."

"I've had a pretty good experience living here for the last 9 months, think the only thing they could improve on is if they would fix up the roads through the complex. But other than that, office staff is friendly, Maintenance requests get completed in a timely manner. I'd recommend this place. Edit: Recently they actually fixed up the roads so now I have no complaints at all, really nice place to live."
