"We have lived here for just a couple of months- but so far everything has been great. The neighborhood is quiet, office and maintenance deal with things in such a timely fashion, continually improving the apartments, new windows, painting. The management team seems to care a lot about the complex by holding residents accountable for their pets waste, cars being properly tagged, speeding when school buses are in the neighborhood. Their communication is AWESOME! Only thing I am hoping for is that a park is built for children to play at! So far I believe that’s the only thing this place is missing."

"Edit: Imagine yourself sleeping in on a nice Saturday morning? I hope you don’t imagine it in this apartment. They are renovating the entire outside walls, balconies. I walk into my apartment one day and my window is gone. I wish I was making this up. So, if hearing constant banging on your days off for over a month yeah the prices are worth it. Have young children? Just someone who likes to have a peaceful weekend? Or rent somewhere with leasing office letting you know your window will be under works move your laptop and tv away. Find else where PLEASE. The price is deceiving it’s not worth it AT ALL Every “amenity” that was promised when I signed the lease is under maintenance or under construction. Sign a lease here and be prepared to be bombarded with emails to leave a review, for points you can use against your rent at 2am. Also; there’s construction next door through the same management so your car is always covered in construction dust."

"I have lived here for 4 years. Really glad I found this place. Reasonable rate for a 2 bedroom apartment. Nice quiet community with a wonderful mix of families, singles, all ages. The best onsite management and maintenance you could ask for. They are currently in the process of remodeling the exterior of all the buildings to match the new apartment buildings they are adding to the complex. Love the fresh new look! This is a perfect location for Greenwood and south Indy. I have no complaints. Love my apartment! Thank you Sandstone!"

"I have lived here since February and would genuinely like to know why we pay so much. With the new apartments going up nextdoor we shouldn't be paying this much. Let's go through the list shall we. 1. Unscheduled maintenance on buildings. No prior notification of when our building would be worked on. Meaning we won't have a porch while they work on it. And we dont know when that is! 2. Garbage Disposal leaks and has caused warping in the cabinet. 3. Electrical outlet next to garbage disposal switch doesn't work. 4. Front left burner doesn't work on stove (had maintenance come out twice already for this) 5. Fridge fan or motor yells almost constantly (had maintenance come out 2 or 3 times already for this) 6. Bathroom wall next to shower head is warped and squishy. Possibly a burst pipe. 7. Dryer vent tube is a joke and leaks profuse amounts of hot air. 8. Air filter looks like it hasn't been changed since the 80's (where is regularly scheduled maintenance?) 9. Water spots in multiple parts of the ceiling. Please remind me why I pay $1200 a month for this."
