"Renting an apartment here is like getting a payday loan. You know it’s a bad idea, but you’re in a tight spot and hope for the best. Nope. You’re going to get screwed over in some way. It is what it is. The apartments are located in Greenwood, while the corporate office is located in Carmel, so every cent you spend on rent goes to making Carmel richer. If you’re a fan of day time tv, you’ll love hearing the many domestic disputes that happen at all hours of the day. Not to mention the last bus stop (end of the line) is right across the street so you get…wanderers. It is what it is. You get a box for $1000+ a month and it’s okay. Just always double check with the main office in Carmel, because what Melissa and Rachel will tell you in the front office isn’t always the correct information… Bummer too, because before the new office staff I would have had a different opinion of the place. Go on Zillow and look for a private landlord. Avoid renting from a company like this at all costs."

For the price I think the apartment is outstanding, AC works amazing and the living space is perfect. Everything was clean and ready to go for my move in. Defiantly recommend polo run apartment's to anyone looking for the right price and right place to live."
