"This is a very nice place with the quality everything is five star only probably give bad reviews are people that are doing s*** they're not supposed to but the quality of the workers is five star I would choose this place over any other to stay there are very good people that stay there very comfortable you don't have to worry about a bad element around there and that is one of the best things I like about it in the excellent there's nothing you normally need to ask because they take care of everything and the staff are amazing and do their job and I would like to give a special shout out to sunshine the manager who is an amazing woman and will help you with anything at all times she is there. I done my last review a year ago and I am still here at the hotel and the place is great the place is great for kids and family very quiet and I know for sure that most of the people that have wrote bad reviews on here we're doing stuff at the hotel that they were not supposed to that's why they wrote bad reviews because as long as you follow the rules the place is great to live at in the team sunshine Tim Angie and Nicole are a great team then I have the pleasure of being around I recommend it to anybody. It has been very comfortable living and the staff are excellent. Thank you all."

"I just checked out a week ago after staying here for three weeks due to laundry machines not working and many other reasons. When going the front desk for help with the laundry machines, the office was closed 30 minutes before it’s closing time and no one answered the front desk phone. No one answered the property attendant phone or returned my voicemail as well. I went a day without hot food due to a broken microwave because of the lack of staff. I saw multiple roaches on different days and no one treated for the roaches for days. The staff weren’t apologetic, accommodating and were rude about the roaches situation. I was told at checkout that I’ll be charged if I don’t take out all of my trash from my room when I didn’t sign an agreement saying that I would have to pay if I didn’t take out all of my trash before checkout, the hotel doesn’t charge a deposit or incidental fees so I don’t know why I would be charged for anything except for my room or if I lost my room key which the hotel charges $10 to replace. I found out later that day after I checked out after reviewing my copy of the agreement I signed that guests are allowed to request that housekeepers can take out their trash but I was told that the housekeepers don’t take out trash. I’ve worked at extended stay hotels and I’ve worked at 4 star hotels. I’ve never heard of such treatment. After I was finally able to checkout, I was asked for a signature on the key pad and I wasn’t told what the signature was for. When I asked what my signature was for, I was told in a disrespectful manner that it was for my receipt."
