"Worst apartment complex I’ve ever lived in! States online things are included nothing is included I’ve been dealing with black mold and other water issues for over a year! When you call the office nobody answers and then when you do get somebody they have an attitude! They allow more people to live in the apartments that are not the lease but then want to charge everybody for water depending on how many occupants are on the lease rather than how many people are really in the apartment! (All one bill then separate it out by a third-party)( my water bill is $100 a month and it’s me and my two young children! ) And then add an extra fees like A website Fee , filter fees, ( I have always change my own filters why are we charging mthly for this?) A 24 hour maintenance fee! It’s ridiculous!"

"Literally the worse. Moved in realized most rooms don’t have switches and my plumping wasn’t even hooked up to the sinks. Been here about 5 months now they towed MY car from my assigned spot now I had to pay 200 to get it out and there office is closed I’m assuming so they won’t have to deal with the Repercussions. I moved here out of state just picked this place by looking online REALLY BAD MOVE!"

"It has new management as of 20 of Dec 2019 old management wouldn't fix anything now the new management thinks they can get 800 or more per apartment whatever."

"Very bad place to live. I had to actually buy cameras because of people breaking into cars, kids jumping on cars and a lot of break-ins. If you are interested in living here I have camera footage of all the stuff that goes on here. If you want to see find me by name on facebook. You can also see what I have posted. Including they don't have a maintenance man most of the time. The only good thing about this place was the old manager Ken. Great man helped us ALOT! Once he died it went down hill bad!"
