"Since I have been a pangea resident since 2013:,I have little to complain about my experience has been good my zone mgrs were good ,nice, professional even when we had a fire and had to relocate they have helped me and family only things is I wish they have more for residents that have been with them for long time,like free blinds, free upgrades, new upgrades on stove and refrigerator,install black backdoor gates other than that it's been good"

"They have pictures of things and apartments but when you go to look at the actual Apartments the pictures and apartments do not add up some of the apartments are filthy like really you're not going to at least clean up and make the place look good that would have been a good heads up before I made the trip and wasted my time thanks a lot Pangea"

"These people don't care about there tenents .... I've only been living over her for one month just move in...they moved me into this building knowing it waa infested with roaches ..I had no refrigerator or stove when I first moved in I had to wait nine days for them to finally bring me a used stove and refrigerator which bought even more roaches this was from a different unit which had be vacant I incourage anyone whose looking for a new apartment don't not I repeat do not sign a lease with pangea they will cheat you out your money please beware"

"Good selection of apartments. But the people whom they send out to do the openings are always in hiding as if they don’t want to show them. This unfortunately is not the first. I’ve brought a few clients to do open showings. The last one the agent was parked in the alley behind the building instead of being present in the front. Called asked where were they; they said they’re here but don’t see us. I guess you wouldn’t be able to being parked in the alley. But other than that good pricing and nice size apartments. Repair time could also be a bit faster as well. But the upkeep of the buildings are good."
