"The Property manager was great! Ashley W never got an attitude with me or sounded like she was yelling, she made sure all of my issues were taken care of unlike everyone else, people in resident care and other departments all sound like they don't even like their job, they are always irritated or tired which is frustrating to me, they don't even try to understand what I am saying or asking. The communication between the company and their tenants as well as with CHA is beyond poor and needs a lot of work they need better workers, people who actually want to work and do their job and are happy about it. The only person I give 5 stars is Ashley W, she pays attention and speaks to me calmly and actually tries everything she can to make sure my issue is corrected. Thank you Ashley. Breashay in the subsidy department was also quite helpful without attitude once I finally got in contact with her directly."
