"Property Manager Sheik (however you spell it) very rude!!!! Doesn’t care about her tenants. Door Man Terry cursed at Me and would not let Me into unit. UNLESS YOU ARE MARRIED PLEASE DON’T MOVE IN HERE AS ROOM MATEs ONLY ONE PERSON CAN REALLY HAVE CONTROL AND OWNERSHIP ON LEASE"

"been here 7 years. let’s clear things up. the doorman don’t hold doors or open them you suppose to have a fob, never had roaches or rats. the office personnel are very cool east yo work with. downside is the maintenance crew barely speak english, but there are still cool, Juan he’s the coolest respectful and go out of his way yo help residence. all in all folks lying about stuff. clean cool building."

"The ventilation was filthy This was in the workout room in the building downstairs on the first floor. Dirty disgusting and Filthy. It was not clean in the workout room. Numerous of complaints air not blowing out the vents in the apartment. Make sure they clean your vents and it is working."

"They refuse to accept UBER DRIVERS claiming they had issues in the past with two drivers. So any potential renters with 1099 will not be accepted. Discrimination- even though it's a private property. Although I lived at this property before and some staffs were very nice, the chic lady they have managing the office has the role getting in her head OR probably because of this false ratings and the medical students having 1st hand opportunity to rent first before the people in the community."
