"Everyone in the leasing department is very incompetent including the black man who claims to be the warden of the complex, he's unprofessional and DISGUSTING! This place needs better management he is doing a poor job keeping the complex tidy and up to code."
"The lease office are very stupid . They open your apartment without letting you know ,you don’t even have 100% access to the dumpster, they lock the chute and tell you to put trash in your apartment."
"This place is TERRIBLE!!!!! They have roaches all over the place. When you do laundry they are running past you on the floor. You can be coming out of an elevator or in one and you'll see one crawling on the walls! While I'm talking on the elevators, they are one step from killing anyone who gets on them. They are almost always broken down! Management is doing the bare minimum to fix them. One of them even has a inspection sheet of qualification from 2013! They also are infested with bed bugs, and hire the cheap pest patrol to come clear them out, so they just come right back. Do not come live here. If you do, you put your family at risk."
"I HATE THIS PLACE!!! THE PPL IN THE OFFICE IS SO RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL LIKE YOU'RE NOT PAYING YOUR MONEY TO LIVE IN THIS ROACH INFESTED ASS BUILDING. THEY TREAT AND TALK TO ANY TYPE OF WAY. ELEVATORS DOWN EVERY WEEK. THEY DO NOT WORK WITH THEY'RE TENANT TO TRY AND MAKE THEIR STAY THERE PLEASANT BUT MAKE SURE THEY REACH OUT TO YOU TO GET THEY'RE MONTHLY RENT. A BUNCH OF GHETTO DISRESPECTFUL ASS PPL!!"
"This building has been around for many years there are 22 floors in the building. They have made many improvements and still working on some things. First out of 3 elevators you may have one that works well, one that gets stuck on certain floors and one that is not available from either used for maintenance or moving people in and out. The security guards have done a better job on instructing people to not hang out in front of the buildings, asking guest for ID's and checking the banded list for those who should not enter. They use to call and ask the lease holder if it was ok for people to come up but they no longer do that which is better. They have functioning cameras on the inside and outside of the building. The front of the building, inner entrance, stairway, laundry room, hallways, mailbox, elevator, and parking lot all are free of paper trash and unpleasant smells. The elevators are always clean free of odors paper and graffiti and they have functioning security cameras on them. The rent is reasonable and the building is budget, credit and criminal friendly, a 2 bedroom is around $750. They do routine pest extermination throughout the whole building. There is plenty of parking in the back, side parking lot and on the street. Front of the building is well lit. Even though there is light on the outside the parking lot and street could use some more lighting. Overall it is a hood friendly family building, a place to live."
