"This is only about the facility. It's the worst! Took us 45 minutes to find the right spot. Our son was in a wheelchair and we had to load an unload twice. The only thing the registration people told us was that his appointment was in a different building. We drove around and couldn't find where. My wife called the Central number and that person had to guide us on the phone to the correct entrance. Once inside, the room we were sent to barely had room for his wheel chair. We've visited other people here and this building is so messed up."

"Was in the er with my wife earlier. Nurse says one thing, doctor says another, and my wife's actual physician says another. Overall bad experience. They don't know anything.. wife refuses to come back. Visit at your own will."

"we literally came in at 12 at night and did not get a room in the back till like 3:00 AM. I went with my sister and when the doctor came in, my sister’s concerns were constantly shut down and the doctor was so incredibly dismissive and rude that I was surprised. Yeah I get it she was probably busy but also we were waiting there for literally 3+ hours and she didn’t even give my sister a change to express her concerns. I wish there was another hospital in the Lafayette/WL area we could go to but we are stuck with this one!"

"I was charged $2000 to basically get my blood pressure checked and for them to call in a refill for my BP meds. I wasn't even in the ER itself, they put me in a side room and some traveling Doctor looked at me. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. My insurance paid 1400 of it. I'm sorry but this is ridiculous. Talk about price gouging, they are crooks!"

"A few months ago (May 2023) I was having a Heart attack. I was sent over by the Urgent care. They called and told them I was on my way. Got there and they put me in the Waiting room. They gave me a EKG there and I had to be there for 1 1/2 hrs. My wife had to ask what was tanking so long to get me back to the ER. They then took me back and put me in the cast room. The Nurse and aid came in and did blood tests and told me that they were sending me to do a cat scan. They put me back in the Room and never game me a call light and never came in to check on me. My wife found the call light and put it on and after 45 minutes no one showed up. So my wife had to go out and find someone just so I could use the restroom. After 4 hours and they still did not check on me. The Doctor came in and said I was a non- Emergency and to go see my doctor. Well after my doctor did some tests and Yes it shows that I did have a Heart attack. I tried to get ahold of the Patient advocate of the hospital. To make a complaint. And she blew me off. Like she did not care. What would have happened if I would have died. And by the way yes I have insurance. So why was I treated like that. Maybe I should get a hold of the News. If the hospital doesn't care."
