"Was in town for a concert at the Wintrust Arena so it was perfectly located. We could see the arena entrance from our room window which was so convenient. The room was spotless. No hair in the shower like most!!!! Coffee was still available hours after breakfast. They even honored out last minute request for late check out. Will definitely be back! I love the consistency of Hilton properties!"

"I came to my room at midnight to find thick crumbs in a made-up bed. I called the front desk again clarity for room, service, and the criteria I was told by the manager that there is half room service, which they just make your bed up with whatever’s on it, and whole room service which has to be requested. I told him the condition of the bed, and he stated that someone will come up with the new sheets. I took that as someone would come up to make the bed with new sheets. 20 minutes later, a man came up and handed me sheets. I called the front desk to regain clarity the same on the phone, Proceeded in an Argumentative fashion, quotes no, sweetheart I did not say that someone will come and make the bed” I told him “I am not your sweetheart”. He proceeded to say “I just want to make sure you get what I say right”. I ended the call and hung up after stating I will be emailing corporate. The conversation was inappropriate and unprofessional. The fact that he think is OK to call me any pet name is very interesting, the fact that this hotel think it is OK to make up dirty sheets is even more interesting. This hotel may have competitive rates, but you get exactly what you pay for from service to the room."

"I ONLY stay at Hilton brands and have been impressed in the past. This visit was horrible. When we arrived the lobby was full of underage children running about, dancing to loud music and cursing. But kids will be kids, so; i left it alone. Went up to our room and it was nice. We had just driven 6 hours so we just laid on top of the blankets to rest. When we got back from dinner, my mother went to lay in the bed and there was an empty but used condom “looked like it had been washed and stuck on the sheet” in the bed. Told front desk, and was told housekeeping would come change sheets in the am. I checked my mom into the marriot across the street immediately. In the morning when myself and my 3 year old went to breakfast, the halls smelled like marijuana, and upon leaving the hotel there were detectives in the lobby interviewing many of the underage kids that were allowed to check in and have a hotel party. Manager was not there to speak to me monday or tuesday and i ended up checking out a day early and just driving home after the funeral. I was told that i would get a full refund and only received one night refund, so now i have to call my bank and dispute the charge. STAY AWAY looks Are deceiving in this situation."

"Three stars off for lying, lool. I'm a Hilton honors member but didn't book through Hilton. I asked for extended checkout, and Mario says, "Let me check your reservation." The moment he sees I booked with 3rd party, he says, "Unfortunately, we can't offer extended checkout because we have too many extended checkouts today." They why did you need to see my reservation. I know the game. Next time, don't lie. It doesn't sit well. Fortunately, the breakfast was decent."

"The service here was incredible. The valet were very accommodating and very polite. The room was clean and so comfy. The breakfast was fresh and delicious. Finally the pool was in perfect condition. No complaints will happily stay here again."
