"Dr Hall and staff were very kind, competent, and caring. My dog has been pretty sick and they were very gentle but thorough and let me stay with him for an US. After the test Dr Hall explained all the findings to me and gave me written follow up directions. The Vet Asst told me to get Good Rx for the medicine and that saved me about $100!! Very pleased with the care we got"

"This has been my first emergency visit (my pup got hurt playing, they worked with me and got me in super fast!) the vet was awesome with my scared little boy! i have been here for regulars but this was out first injury and they handled him so well. I have had great experiences always but this time of panic really showed just how awesome they are! "Wonderful staff is running the clinic. Dear Laurie and Jess made sure I could bring our cat in when he was doing really bad and there were no appointments available, it was Friday afternoon, when the clinic is busier than usual. Dr Hall was so patient and helpful listing all options available and explaining what and why is the best in our case. The staff sent us the most touching card with condolences when the oldest kitty died. I appreciate that all our appointments started on time. People here know how to handle pets with love."
