"Today was the 2nd time my money was stole. I was depositing money on my cash app both times. First time was 2 months ago my $50's stuck together and $150 was taken out of $500. The lady swore I was wrong but I went straight from receiving my money to the store and i could not prove different. I insisted she count her draw down, she was gone approx 6 minutes and came back to say her drawer was correct. How do you count your drawer down that fast? The 2nd time was tonight I gave the cashier $74 and she swiped my bar code and went straight to ringing up my purchase while she proceeded to tell me how she was robbed the day before. I bought Christmas lights to decorate our tree so I we went straight home and my granddaughter and I started decorating. It wasn't until after the store was closed that I noticed it did not post to my card. I went to look for my receipt and all she gave me was a receipt for my purchase. Both times it was the same cashier, the store manager."

"Don’t waste your time. Store looks nothing like the pictures. Shelves empty, disorganized & self checkout is always broke. I previously used the machine and came back a few days later for a return & had to wait a month until the machine was up and running to return the item. Today the self checkout machine was down again and the main registers chip reader was broken."

"Items priced in app are falsely reported as not being in stock when at 2 locations several items are in stock! Employees and managers refuse to honor prices in app or add. Reached out to customer service now I have to wait for district manager to contact me. I will be taking further action!!"

"Do NOT go into this #DollarGeneral located in Alberta city they are to unorganized, have minimum items in stock DAILY, and o my goodness very rude customer service! This is a new and bigger location from the previous one which should be better put together. This was a waste of usage to this building."

"The customer service was horrible to say the least! The cashier on duty was blatantly rude and the manager on duty seemed to care less. I stood in line with 1 item for what seemed like an eternity and the manager on duty didn't bother to help although he came up front to the cash register I was waiting for. He completely ignored me. I was not greeted, and the cashier didn't say one word to me, instead she rolled her eyes and tried to ignore me by yelling across the counter at another coworker in an aisle stocking merchandise. This was by far my worst experience at any Dollar General I've been to, and I'll never return to that location."
