"Went in to purchase Beer at 10:15 had to wait at the counter for 5-10 min while the cashier talked on the phone and helped herself to coffee and other food from the shelf’s while I kept on asking for her attention. She finally walked over and when I gave her my ID she refused it even though it was an official Alabama state ID that was renewed in the last week. I asked why she said cause she didn’t think I was over 21. I’m 23, she purely didn’t want to type in the state ID because she was too lazy & busy helping herself to coffee and food from the shelf’s."

"Worker rudely yelled at my friend from across the store and said she had to leave due to “not having a shirt on.” She had on a workout tank top. There was also another girl in the store with a similar shirt on and the woman working the counter said nothing to her. Very rude and obviously purposeful misinterpretation of the company’s rules. Needless to say we left and took our money elsewhere. I won’t be coming back unless this facility can ensure they have properly trained staff members who enforce the rules in a correct and fair manner"
