"Went to purchase 40 bags of mulch. Worker in the garden center told me I would have to load them myself. Found an employee in the back who ended up helping me. When I went to pay, I asked her where should I go to have the bags loaded. She looked at me and say - I don’t know. Her attitude and complete inability to assist me is embarrassing."

"I've been going to Lowe's for paint, lumber, electrical/plumbing supplies the past 25+ years. I'm in the construction field and do work in multiple fields. Basically I wear a lot of hats! The last few years I've noticed a decline in all their departments. Not just at the Tuscaloosa AL location. I've tried other locations and have had similar experiences/results. My most recent bad experience is Lowe's, not having the paint in stock I needed. Tried other Lowe's locations with same results. An employee at the Tuscaloosa AL Lowe's directed me to check out a paint store called PPG. So I checked them out and happy I did. I now have a new paint supplier I'll start going to. If you go to the PPG paint store in Tuscaloosa AL, ask for an employee by the name of Sandra. She really knows her stuff and is extremely helpful! The second bad experience I had at the Tuscaloosa AL Lowe's was in the lumber department. I put in a good sized online order, the day before. I was notified the next day it was ready for pickup. Drove 30 minutes to find my order was not ready. I actually watched an employee go around the store and get the wood I ordered. Waited an hour for my order to be completed since there were other customers ahead of me. If I knew that was going to happen I would have just come to the store and did it myself."

"4 years ago this was a great store but now it's about the worse. The last 3 or 4 times I ben in there nobody would help at all. I waited over a hour last night for someone to help me.i sked for help at least 5 times . So I filled a shopping cart all the way up with smaller random stuff and told them they might not help me as a costumer but someone will be doing some work cause they could put that stuff up and left them with it I will never go back again I will start shopping at home Depot and cancel my card at Lowe's . I think most all of them in Lowe's voted for Joe Biden because they all to sorry to work"

"If I could give a Zero rating I would. I purchased a washer and dryer a month ago, paid in full. Was told a delivery date, it never came. Waited until the next “delivery date” and it still did not come. Received another expected delivery date that more than likely won’t be seen either. Never again. 0 out of 10, definitely do not recommend. It would be easier and quicker if you handmade your own washer and dryer apparently!"

"The worst experience I’ve ever dealt with. I ordered a washer on Oct 27, got a delivery date of Nov. 6. Later I received another email stating my delivery was changed to Nov. 13th. A day later got another email stating it was changed to Nov. 10th. We arranged for someone to be at our home to receive our delivery only to get off work and get home to realize that nothing was delivered. No call or email about this. We went to the store to see what happened. We get to the store and they tell us that the washer never left North Carolina. So we cancel the order all together and found one that they had on stock in the store. We buy it while in the store and select pick up. We get an email the same day saying our order is ready for pick up. We wait to pick it up Sunday only to get home and find out they gave us the wrong washer. We ordered the GE smart loader with the impeller but they gave us the one with the agitator. I go back up there Sunday to let them know it was the wrong on in the box that they loaded. And before you ask why we didn’t check before we got home, they are packed in a brown box so we couldn’t see it unless we opened the box. Anyways, I tell him about the mistake, the manager arranged for someone to come by and pick it up and deliver the correct one. Tuesday come I have someone at my home for the delivery only to find out that they only scheduled a pick up and no delivery. So the man loads the wrong washer and left. I call to see what the issue was. They stated they had to have the other in store first before they could delivery the other. So that irritates me even more. I inform them this is a mistake on their behalf and no one time was anything offered or even an apology for their error. Needless to say, we are still waiting for our washer to get delivered. I would not recommend anyone to go to this Lowe’s. We were buying all new appliances and was going to buy our refrigerator from them as well. They will not get another penny from me or my husband. Take your business elsewhere. They did not care about the inconvenience they cause."
