"I love target and I’m not from this area and have lived by many of them. We have allergies and like to get many items from target. This location is always out of stock!!! If there is only one target in a medium size college town the least that could be done is keep items in stock. I’m to the point where I’m going to be trying other stores because I can’t get the things I need for a family of 5 with allergies."
"Usually, I use the pick-up/car delivery service. Target has an advantage over WalMart and Sam's because this service is free. By the time I apply the 5% Target Red Card Discount, the prices are about the same. I pull in to a parking spot, notify Target on the app, and within a few minutes my order is in the car. The "delivers" are friendly and efficient. This is a great service. Two of my favorite perks- I don't have to look for the item in the store therefore I don't find items to buy that are not on my shopping list."
"We love shopping at target. However, it was a bad experience today at the checkout counter number 13, the lady had no basic ethics of customer service and was disrespectful. My greetings and thank you at the end of the checkout were ignored deliberately."
"I love going to this target store but everything I do a order online. When I get to the store and items I purchased are out of stock. Maybe have substitute products to offer in stead of just oops we don't have it even though it says we do and you paid. Only complaint I have! Other wise great store!"
"I love this Target location. Almost every time I drive through Tuscaloosa I stop by to check out the new inventory. It’s fairly accessible from the interstate, probably about 5 minutes down the road. It’s basically two turns, so it’s easy to get back on the interstate for this who aren’t familiar with the area. This is a large premium location, carrying many of the speciality Target items. The beauty department is one of the largest I’ve visited in Alabama, offering higher end cosmetic brands and more ingredient conscious choices. The grocery department is stocked with some of the best fresh food options. There is a self checkout that is typically open late, which is great for those of us who come later at night. I recommend this location, 5 stars. ⭐️"
