"Great stay! Decided on a whim to take little time away from home to swim and relax with the kids. Rooms were spacious and clean, pool was a bit small but perfect and not overly crowded. Complimentary breakfast was the best I’ve had in a very long time, big selection of foods and condiments to personalize your breakfast. We will definitely be returning."

"Paid over $200 a night for a room that smelled like cat urine with no windows. Bathroom had stains all over floor and wall. Dripping sound all night long from the heater. Walls were very thin. Employees were lacking basic customer service skills and etiquette. I’m marking this location as “do not stay here” on my google maps. I’d rather commute to the location in Carmel, IN. Response to property - I reviewed this property back in March when I stayed there and I got no response at that time. I updated my review recently and got a response 9 months later. At the time your receptionist was not competent in basic things so I was not going to come to that person with any problems I was having. The receptionist was not competent nor approachable as I mentioned before. I was not going to complain or bring up the issues to someone that couldn’t properly check me in or communicated like a child. It’s not worth the hassle when there are so many problems. Some people would rather just mention the problem publicly and never return like I did because it’s not worth standing in the hotel lobby waiting for a manager and complaining about things that you and housekeeping can see with your own eyes"

"Room was a good size and clean with one exception (see below). Only saw one member of staff at the front desk when I checked in, one member of staff at breakfast, and one member of staff when I checked out. All 3 where nice and no complaints about them. My only concern is that the air conditioner filter in my room (415) was f-ing disguting. It was so nasty and looked like it hadn't been changed in over a year. Thank goodness the weather was cold so i didn't have to turn the a/c on. It was filthy. Why the hell do hotels charge so much for a room and can't even change a freaking filter every few months."

"This hotel was great for an extended stay. I personally love the kitchenette and the free laundry available. The breakfast was okay. AT one point the pool was closed but when it reopened the water was always freezing and it was an indoor pool."
