"Felt rushed at drive thu. Kept asking "what else?" Without giving a second to respond. Correcting us constantly. I worked in drive thru for places before. This was not good drive thru quality."

"This is the worse Dunkin’ to go to. They inconveniences me on so many levels - for them to be a convenient coffee shop. I don’t do Starbucks which is always somewhere close to a Dunkin. I hate settling but, I have IBS so I must stay away from dairy. I order a frozen French vanilla with oat milk - they tell me almost every time that they cannot do it. Today I asked well why not because every other Dunkin’ does it, they say because it’s hard to clean the machine afterwards. So you all are lazy?! This is bananas and something definitely needs to be done about it !!!!!"

"DISCLAIMER: I'm a bit of a coffee connoisseur, but I am basing this rating on what the average Joe would come to expect from a cup of your average joe... This was my first time at a Dunkin'. I went through the drivethru for a large Americano w/ an additional shot of espresso. Iced. It was about 8PM, on a Saturday night, and there was only one car in front of us, so the service was fast and efficient. The portions size was amazing, the coffee was better than you'd expect from a doughnut store chain, and I love the straws... :) 4- Stars, because the 'barista' didn't know what an Americano consisted of."
