Fazoli's 3457 State Rd. 26 East, Lafayette, IN 47905

"Visited Fazolis on St Rd 26E on 2/7/24. I ordered Crispy Chicken Bacon Ranch Salad but when it reached my table it had NO CHICKEN! I don't know what the meaning of "Ranch" means. I wasn't offered any ranch dressing and I didn't see any salad dressings at the condiment area, so, I assumed there wasn't any. The salad was very dry. When I returned to the counter I asked for a refund, but, they told me the couldn't do a return to my debit card. So, they gave me a side of chicken and a card worth $5.00 to use on my next visit. I expected a much better service from this restaurant and I will not return."

"Visited Fazoli’s on St Rd 26 in Lafayette, IN on 12/17/23. FILTHY! Floors looked like they haven’t been swept in a VERY long time. Trash piled high at the waste can counter. We were told their sub sandwiches aren’t available on the weekends. Girl came around with breadsticks (once) but we were told we couldn’t have any because our food hadn’t came yet. Terrible experience for my family! Too bad, this place with its location could really do a good business if it wasn’t so poorly managed. Won’t be back!"

"Even on the busiest of days, the female manager, Kirsten, at this location runs her team so well and efficiently! I came in today on a Saturday at lunch time with the lobby full and a line ordering. She was able to keep a calm voice and use each team member to their potential to keep the food flowing. I am always so impressed! The food was hot, fresh and was an amazing lunch."
