"Twice came before 8.00 am , no bagels, none. So my question, what the point even to have this facility, if no bagels by early morning. Bake more, so would last till noon or so, or close the place down. Finally got bagels. Just don’t taste good , like made of paper. Completely different from what tasted before. Would like to hear from management, what happened, new ingredients or processes. So far I’ll hold on going back."
"Absolutely LOVE Panera Bread and that is where I wanted to go for my early birthday lunch. The you pick 2 is even still to much for me to eat in 1 sitting. I always get the broccoli cheddar soup w/baguette and bacon turkey bravo sandwhich for the you pick 2. We love the location in Lafayette that is not to far from Interstate 65. They have a wonderful lady that does the cleaning (cleaning up tables and garbage. She is so attentive to every detail and when you need anything she is right there when ever you need something. Spilled our drink and we started cleaning it up and she rushed over and said no let me clean it up that is my job. I have no clue who she is but she has shorter dark hair. She is amazing and needs a raise! She is so sweet and kind. We seriously just love her!"
"A good place to work with fast Wi-Fi and a good atmosphere. They have a fireplace section, a couple comfy booth sections with outlets, and normal seating. It is very nice and cozy atmosphere. Right off of the highway as well and close to grocery stores, other restaurants, and things to do in the area."
"I am not a karen in any shape or form. I happily continue to eat at this restaurant because it is delicious. Can yall please fill up my cup of soup?? A quarter of the container missing is not full."
"On our journey from Chicago to Louisville, we hit the midpoint on I-65 around Lafayette, Indiana, and boy, were we in need of a break! Lo and behold, the shining beacon of deliciousness known as Panera Bread appeared before us. Easy access from the interstate? Check. Inviting ambiance? Double check. So we cruised into the parking lot and stepped inside for a much-needed refueling session. And let me tell you, fate was on our side that day because we encountered the superstar of all cashiers - the one and only Natalie! This gal deserves a standing ovation for her professionalism, positive humor, and that magnificent smile that could light up the whole restaurant. Seriously, she made ordering a delightful experience, and I can't remember the last time someone's cheerfulness left such a lasting impression. Natalie wasn't just all talk and no action; she was genuinely eager to help and served us like it was a privilege. It's like she had a secret mission to make everyone's day better, one smile at a time. I couldn't resist pausing to thank her for her incredible attitude - we definitely need more Natalies in this world! But that's not all. The good vibes didn't end with Natalie. The bathrooms were squeaky clean, and the seating area was cozy and spotless - a true oasis of comfort for road-weary travelers. So, to sum it all up, if we ever find ourselves in that neck of the woods again, you can bet your bottom dollar we'll be making a beeline straight to Panera Bread, hoping to catch a glimpse of the extraordinary Natalie. Hats off to you, Natalie, and kudos to Panera for creating an awesome experience that goes beyond just the food. Keep being the sunshine we all need in our lives!"
