"Close to a lot of popular shops. Not far from the big malls. Hot tub was amazing and the pool as well. Breakfast was great."
"Staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. Customer service was spot on. Juice bar was a wonderful addition. Breakfast is open until 10am on the weekends which was really nice. The rooms are spacious. Having stayed here for a little over a month, I didn't feel cramped. The full kitchen (with working ice maker) definitely helped me feel at home. The rooms could use an update but regardless I felt safe and comfortable. Pet friendly - My chihuahua and I stayed here. No issues. Convenient pet stations outside."
"I stayed here 7 nights for a work trip. The layout of the suite was very good. It felt like home the entire time I was here. There is a Meijer close by for groceries, easy access to main arterial roads, and also easy access to extensive walking trails. The Ritchie woods is a pleasant walk from the hotel. The only thing I would recommend is getting your own breakfast materials for your suite. The breakfast downstairs was OK, but not as good as some. Overall, it was a very enjoyable and relaxing stay."
"Let me start off by saying I travel for a living. I typically will do 150 plus stays a year for the past 15 years. I mention that to say I have seen a few things when it comes to hotel stays. Residence Inn Fishers is probably top three worst stay ever. The staff wasn’t friendly. My wife and I would pass the front desk every morning and the even though there would be ample guest service representatives there no one would recognize us even to say hello. I have come to expect that from Marriott thus one of the reasons I have over million points (as todays generation would say “No Cap”) However the most concerning and disappointing was the room. The bed was on another level of uncomfortable. The sheets were not the Marriott quality that they are always trying to market and sell to you. Every piece of furniture in the room was used and abused. Even the closet and bathroom doors were extensively damaged. The couch was just for show due to the cushions being so worn. All the comfort was used up many stays ago. We happen to have dishes and pot and pans, but those two were not usable because of the previous food reminisce still on them. For the sake of me sounding pretentious let me add I have stayed at 2 star hotels and have been satisfied. With that being said I will pay the extra cost to get a bit nicer. However this was not the case. This felt like I got catfished by a sleazy hotel. p.s. The milk was spoiled at breakfast for all the 3 days we stayed there."
"100% Would Go Here Again. What a needed reprieve after spending the night before at another hotel in Fishers, Indiana. When walking in, I was graciously welcomed by Keisha at the front desk who asked me about my trip and stay in Indiana. After telling her a horror story of another hotel in Fishers and the experience the night before, she essentially welcomed us with a warm welcome and an understanding that this hotel is well run and safe. I instantly felt better. The room was very large with both a living area and separate sleeping g area. The pool was indoors, and clean. Not to mention the hot tub that was very warm and also very clean. There is a restaurant within walking distance, maybe 2 minutes from the hotel. Excellent, fresh breakfast with quality coffee. They also have breakfast-to-go options that work well for the sleeping teens that did not make it up for breakfast. Thank you again, Keisha. Your hospitality went a long way and Marriot is lucky to have you!!"
