"The recent shooting at this location is actually not a surprise at all to me or my wife. We have talked about how an act of violence was just waiting to happen. The location is always packed and I mean PACKED! Too many young patrons that are there to socialize and search for a hookup more than workout. We were already looking to cancel now the shooting was the last straw. I have asked and waiting to hear a response on their position on members who want to cancel. They should be offering FREE cancelation and terminate contracts if requested. One positive is our trainer is great. He truly has a desire and invests personally in the success of his clients."

"I really liked the gym initially; I’ve been using for a little under 2 months. I wanted to try something new. With a traveling job though, I couldn’t continue to pay for the membership since I will not be in Indiana soon. I had the studio (most expensive) membership. When I tried to cancel, they charged $25 cancellation fee, charged an extra month fee, annual fee, and something else. Total, I had to pay about $117 to cancel my membership. When I went to the gym for assistance with explaining the charges, one employee explained to me that the charges should’ve been explained in the contract though, so I “should’ve known.” How was I supposed to know when during the time I signed up in the beginning, you were all rushing me instead of letting me read thoroughly??? I wasn’t even informed initially of these fees other than if I cancel my membership before it’s due, then I’m “safe.” I have to say the employees are very nice though, but maybe there is lack in training or something is missing because how do you not tell your customers of this large cancellation fee??? Very disappointed. Guess I’ll just take the L to $117. Just fyi and warning to those who are new to the gym and cancel early. I understand $25, but $117??? That’s ridiculous."

"Great gym! I am a pretty consistent member and it’s refreshing to see a staff as good as the one at this gym! I’ve come to this gym during different times through out the day and have seen some staff who spend all day there ,they seem to be very committed to the gym and it’s members.Other than that the amenities are great for the price! This location in particular is very clean to top all off rarely do use see overfilled trash cans or weights laying around in the wrong places"

"Just started working out here. It has pretty much everything you could want at a gym. It is super packed on some weeknights after work (Monday seems to be the busiest). So, even though they have 6 squat racks and 4 deadlift stations, there was a line for squats. There is also regularly a wait for chest press during the same times. The gym is clean, the layout of the equipment is functional, and the staff has all been nice."
