"Booked thru I think Expedia or Priceline! Said it had shuttle to Airport! WRONG! No shuttle at all! Our room was on the 2nd floor! No elevator only about 15 stairs! My husband has congestive heart failure n was totally outta breath! Towels for shower n hand towels should be thrown away n replaced! They looked like they were used for rags n were extremely rough! Kleenex was empty, only gave 1 soap to shower n wash hands with n only 1 packet of shampoo for 2 ppl! WTH"

"This hotel is always clean, the staff is always helpful and courteous. Late on Christmas Eve into Christmas Morning the General Manager was assisting the staff with laundry, cleaning, and preparing guests breakfast. He could have been home with family but was a clear example to the staff of his desire to provide the best quality service to their guests and showed them how important their jobs are to the overall guest experience. We just briefly said hello but would like him to know that it was noticed and we very much appreciated his example. Mark and Shelby Barmes"

"Not the best Quality Inn by a long shot. We had a handicap room so the room and bathroom space was good. But room quality was not-- bedding was dirty-the top I don't think was even washed between people, towels were stained and very worn and thin and scratchy, couch was absolutely filthy. No microwave in room. Curtains didn't stay closed all the way and had a gap in them so people outside could see in. Rooms are not very sound proof at all either. Whole hotel smells of marijuana or something. Just seems dingy and drab. And then we got charged for our service dog who was cleary a service dog in her vest and tags and all. We were told we had a pet in the room and they would charge $15/night. When I brought it to the front desks attention and showed them her vest and official tags they said they would refund it. But it has yet to be refunded and I can't get a hold of anyone by calling now. They are in the middle of renovations so hopefully room cleanliness will improve also. The esthetic of the room was nice, but cleanliness was not on the same level at all."

"There were bodily fluids all over the place, disgusting furniture. Blood on walls, sketchy people moving in and out of the hotel, clear signs of smoking in the rooms even though it’s clear that there isn’t supposed to be. No cars there ever but there’s people whining and moaning in rooms. Hair in bed sheets, window was open in the room I walked in, another room you couldn’t breathe in it was so strongly full of foul odors. Dead bugs and brown towels…. Definitely not cleaned and the beds were just remade. We got a full refund and did not end up staying. Do not recommend."
