"I didn’t have the most pleasant experience to bring in the new year here because the customer service wasn’t the best to follow the incident’s that occurred. I arrived at 5pm to check in and my room wasn’t ready. I asked them did I arrive too early and they said no as check is at 3pm-it’s just that we’ve been very busy. They gave me free drinks to make up for the delay, which was great. When we got to the room I noticed that the table wasn’t clean, as an old used eye contact was sitting on the table all dried up and the heat didn’t work. When I reported that the heat was working they sent up someone from another dept to look at the thermostat. The effort with the follow up call was fine and appreciated but the heat was never fixed But then the housekeeper walked in on us in our underwear. The manager thought it was ok because they didn’t code the room correctly. It was something that I had to deal with because they listed the room as a room drop and Ana thought the room was vacant. The manager said she couldn’t do anything for me to make up for that embarrassing moment due to my rate. She didn’t even apologize. When there’s an incident that occurs that’s by no fault of mine the service that follows matters even if it’s not monetary. I am ambassador who frequently travels. I don’t always use the explore rate either. This has been an unpleasant experience. I appreciate this opportunity to bring in the year with you but please polish up to be your best for the guest."

"A basic king room was quite small. We paid for a deluxe and received a basic room. A bench is the only place to sit down and place your luggage. Not much room to walk around The blow dryer is inadequate The staff was amazing though I don't recommend this place"

"Please don’t pass this hotel up! It is a great place to stay. We were in town to see my son play football for Indiana University at Lucas Oil Stadium, which was only a 10 minute walk. This hotel is located right next to the mall. It’s right in the middle of plenty of restaurants and bars. The nightlife here is all that. Now for the hotel itself. Five star quality. The front desk person was very helpful and accommodating to any question I had about finding places outside of the hotel. When we called for more towels, it was immediately tended to. The room was clean and smelled good. I stayed in an upper floor one bedroom suite. Very roomy and very good views as my room faced west. I would definitely recommend staying at this hotel. The price wasn’t outrageous either. Sometimes you get what you pay for. This definitely outdid the price. Oh yeah, the valet guy that works days, he should get a raise because he was polite and helpful also."
