"My stay at the Indianapolis Downtown location was great. The staff was amazing, especially Andrea who went above and beyond in service. She learned my and my co-workers names and extended herself for anything we needed. The staff that took care of breakfast was also wonderful. Clean and tasty food to boot! Thank you!"

"Great rooms. Parking is expensive for self park and ticket machines to get out are very difficult to use. Charges of $55 & $50 to my CC were wrong and have not been fixed, front desk can't explain the charges when I called. 1 Night shift person @ 4 am had his bare feet on the table picking his toes before helping me (did not wash his hands). Another day, a different night shift guy was 100% awesome and really went out of his way to take care of a small request I had. Overall, I still would stay again with our work group."

"I stayed here in November, and there was a small problem with my check in, but an amazing woman named Andrea was so helpful during the whole thing. Every time I saw her afterwards she would smile and address me by my name. I stayed for a few day during a children’s marching band competition so the hotel was not just full, but full of kids and teens. I have no idea how the staff was able to keep their sanity but they did AND did so with smiles and genuine kindness; every single employee. The hotel itself was great, but it must be said what they have that shines above and beyond is that team helping guests and keeping the place clean."

"Rooms were nice and clean. The king room suite had a separate toilet from the shower which was nice. The front desk staff was friendly, and helpful, breakfast was good in the morning and food was refilled quickly. The only issue we had was one of the elevators was out of service almost the entire time we were there so there was always a wait to get up or down."
