Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham Indianapolis Airport

"3.5 Stars Very clean and comfortable with some nice amenities like fridge and microwave. The HVAC unit was reasonably new, quiet, and effective. Plenty of toiletries and coffee as well. They offer a breakfast, but I missed it. Downsides include a very small TV mounted very high, like one you'd find in a hotel room 20 years ago, and thin walls. I could hear my neighbors pretty clearly and they weren't even being loud or disruptive. I recommend this hotel for budget travelers who need a single night near the airport. Plenty of comfort and cleanliness for a single night, not very appealing for an extended stay."

"Clean room, friendly staff. Awful breakfast: rock hard biscuits, gravy had a layer of slime on top, pancakes tasted like plastic. Not many options to eat."

"I really enjoy my self we I was there he manages made me feel comfortable they talk with me and they had some good coffee they had food there but I didn't eat anything but it looked good and it smelled it good breakfast wise the rules was clean the housekeepers was very kind and nice I will come back again when I get to Indianapolis I will look for this hotel and live again there thank you because every other Hotel was booked but you accepted me and my sister and I appreciate you"

"We arrived late on a Thursday night, the room was booked a few hours before. When we arrived the parking lot was full so we parked in the Sam’s club lot since there were no signs for overflow parking. When we got inside, I had seen written on a piece of printer paper that you will be towed for parking in the Sam’s club lot and to park at the restaurant next to the hotel. We got checked in and my wife had gone up to the room we were given and I went to move the car. She called me as soon as she got in the room. She told me the room smelled like urine. I finally got up to the room and it absolutely smelled like someone had urinated on the carpet and proceeded to let it marinate for a day or 2. I told the gentleman at the front desk and he informed me “3rd floor is the cleanest”. I thought, if that’s the case I’d hate to see the bottom 2 floors. We were then given a room on the 1st floor. Though it didn’t smell like urine it still smelled as though it hadn’t been cleaned. The carpets felt damp when you walked on them and the smell was of a warm turtle tank. I understand this is no Ritz-Carlton but the entire hotel needs to be fumigated and cleaned top to bottom. A Motel 6 may be an upgrade from this place."
